Beaux-Arts style house
The facades of the house are designed in Beaux-Arts style, inspired by the mansions of the Upper East Side. They are delicately faced with light marble, decorated with hammer-work and arched windows. Stained-glass swing doors invite you to spacious front hall. The interior of this house is characterized by neutral tones, generous volumes and excellent insolation. Many items and furnishings were made specially for this interior and are based on sketches by Polina Pidtsan. There is also furniture from Polina Pidtsan Furniture collection. The stylistic basis of the interior is Art Deco in a modern sense and a special grand atmosphere is set by natural materials, painting, decorative molding, sculpture and massive American furniture.
On the ground floor, in addition to the main areas – the living room with fireplace and dining area, and the kitchen, separated by large sliding doors – there is a bedroom, a SPA area with a pool and a spacious wardrobe. Large-scale mirrors, inserts from textile wallpaper, neutral enamel are widely used in the decoration.
A staircase clad in Carrara marble leads to the first floor with three spacious bedrooms, each with its own dressing room and bathroom. Their walls are lined with textile wall panels framed by brass and sapele veneers. Despite the fact that this house is a development project, every detail of it is carefully thought out. This interior has everything just to walk in and start a happy life.
