Apartment in the “Paradny Kvartal” residential complex, Staint Petersburg

The 135 m2 apartment is located on the top floor of a modern residential complex and has a bay window from where there is access to a spacious terrace with stunning views of the centre of St. Petersburg. In our planning solution, this bay window is in the dining room, at an angle from which the living room is located – its end wall is decorated with panels of an aged mirror. The layout is thought out taking into account all the nuances of the life of the owners: we always pay great attention to this.

The main range of the interior, designed in the style of American classics, is light shades of walls with blue and light-blue accents. There are, as always in interiors designed by our bureau, details in the spirit of Art Deco, mainly art objects. Special attention is paid to the kitchen island with a brass insert, made after designer’s sketches – this is just one of the many complex carpentry elements used in this apartment. Some products were so complex that at first a prototype was assembled, and only then the final version of the furniture piece.

Another interesting room is the office. Contrary to tradition, it is sheathed not with dark mahogany, but with maple veneer in a smoky grey colour. At first, our customer did not believe such a decision would work, but now the cabinet of an “unusual” tone with paintings by Mikhail Shemyakin on the walls has become his favourite place in the apartment.
